Do you accept my HMO or NHIS plan?
Yes — we bill directly with NHIS and the major HMOs (Hygeia, AXA Mansard, Reliance, AIICO, Avon). Tell us your provider on WhatsApp before your visit and we'll confirm your coverage first, so there are no surprises at the front desk.
Can I just walk in without booking?
You can, but booking on WhatsApp first means you skip the queue — we already know why you're coming and have a doctor ready. Walk-ins are seen in the order they arrive.
What if I need to see someone today?
Message us and say it's urgent. Same-day slots open up throughout the day, and if nothing's free we'll tell you honestly instead of leaving you guessing.
Is the telehealth consult with a real doctor?
Yes — the same doctors who see you in person, on a video call. It's built for follow-ups, prescription renewals, and minor concerns that don't need a physical exam.
What actually happens after I send a message?
